If you are new to this program you should ALWAYS start with learning the fundamentals of functional movement training. Therefore, you starting point should ALWAYS be in the progression outlines in November 2014 blog dates. Here is a quick link to those blog entries.
I cannot stress enough that starting program out right is essential to your success. Follow all the way through November 2014 and once you have completed that month's practice sessions then you should be able to jump right in on the prescribed exercises that get posted each day.
