Taking the time to learn proper technique is vital to maximizing your exercise effort and minimizing your risk of injury. If you are unfamiliar with any of the exercises below, please watch the videos first, practice doing the exercises with proper form for a few weeks prior to starting this program and approach these exercises with enthusiasm to learn. You will find that while practicing them you are getting a pretty good workout and you will also identify which ones are most challenging for you. I find the overhead squat and snatch to be the most challenging for me and I therefore practice them the most. Regardless of which ones or how many in total you find challenging, practice makes perfect and practice reduces your chance of injury. Enjoy!!!!
